New Deals

Our friend Randy Thompson was quoted in the January 26th edition of the Dallas Morning News. You can go straight to the article through the link above. Cables in the ceiling can be a hazard and a hidden expense to the tenant. I like the article because it supports our focus on High Performance Work Space where data and cabling go under a technology platform - NOT - in the ceiling.

Here are some recent deals:

Drive Financial expanded its office headquarters lease by 18,267 square feet in the Twin Towers at 8585 Stemmons Freeway. Seth Weinstein and Mitchell Wolff of Predium negotiated the lease with Brian Roach of LL Jamison Properties.

Access Pharmaceuticals Inc. leased a 9,088-square-foot office-warehouse at 2600 Stemmons Freeway in Dallas. John Lancaster of NAI Robert Lynn Co. negotiated the transaction.

Dallas Focus leased 9,702 square feet of office space at 511 E. John Carpenter Freeway in Irving. Matt Schendle of Cousins Properties negotiated the lease with Todd Noonan of Stream Realty Partners.
